"Grandpa" Cottage
A t Starodawna Chata, we offer a peaceful retreat in a rustic, countryside atmosphere, far from the hustle and bustle. It’s the perfect place for tranquility and connecting with nature, though please note that this is not a hotel—it’s an authentic agritourism experience.
The cottage features three separate rooms for rent, each with its own private entrance located on opposite sides of the building, ensuring comfort and privacy for our guests. Each of them is designed for 2 people:
– One room (number 1) has a private bathroom, kitchenette and a private entrance from the outside dedicated to people with pets, it has a tight individual fence.
– The two remaining rooms (Numbers 2 and 3) share access to a large kitchen and bathroom (used only by these rooms) and a common entrance at the corner of the building. If only one of these rooms is rented, guests have exclusive use of the kitchen and bathroom.
"Grandma" Cottage
At the Second Cottage, we offer an intimate getaway surrounded by nature, in a peaceful countryside atmosphere. It is the perfect place for families, couples, and small groups who want to spend time away from the rush of everyday life. The property is a traditional agritourism cottage – a cozy home with authentic rural character.
The cottage features two rooms:
Double Room – a cozy space, perfect for couples or anyone looking for a peaceful place to relax.
Four-Person Room – a spacious option for families or groups of friends, with the possibility to divide it into two separate double rooms.
Both rooms also share a securely fenced entrance to the building. This room is suitable for guests with pets.

We invite you to rent unique, 100-year-old cottages, carefully restored with attention to every detail. Inside, you will find plenty of antiques (tiled stoves, bread ovens, dowry chests, spinning wheels, millstones, etc.), as well as modern amenities: air conditioning, TV, free Wi-Fi.
Location and Surroundings
The cottages are located in Leipzig Polesie in Roztocze (Zamość County, Lublin Voivodeship) within the buffer zone of the National Park in Poland. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, surrounded by forests – an ideal base for exploring Roztocze National Park and for hiking and cycling trails.
Within a short distance, there are towns attractive to tourists: Zamość, Zwierzyniec, Krasnobród, Susiec, Józefów, and Jacnia.
Amenities of the Entire Cottage
At guests’ disposal: large kitchen (fridge, induction hob, kettle, dishes), kitchenette, bathrooms, washing machines, air conditioning, TV, grill, fireplace, garden furniture, sauna, jacuzzi, table tennis, badminton, football pitch, volleyball court, spacious garden, lake with the possibility of boating, off-road trip.
5 family-friendly rooms, suitable for people with pets, for a total of 12-14 people with the possibility of adding 6 camp beds, i.e. a maximum of 20 people in the center.
