1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
   1. The website https://starodawnachata.com.pl operates under the rules set out in these Terms and Conditions.

The Terms and Conditions define the types and scope of services provided electronically through the Website https://starodawnachata.com.pl, the terms of providing such services, the conditions for concluding and terminating contracts for the provision of electronic services, as well as the complaint procedure.
   3. Every User, upon taking any action aimed at using the Electronic Services of the Website https://starodawnachata.com.pl, is obliged to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
   4. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the following provisions of Polish law shall apply:
      1. the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services of July 18, 2002 (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204, as amended),
      2. the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014 (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827),
      3. the Civil Code of April 23, 1964 (Journal of Laws No. 16, item 93, as amended),
2. DEFINITIONS
   1. CONTACT FORM – a form available on the Website https://starodawnachata.com.pl that enables the User to directly contact the Service Provider.
   2. TERMS AND CONDITIONS – these Terms and Conditions of the Website.
   3. SERVICE PROVIDER – Jarosław Piekacz conducting agricultural and agritourism activities under the name Starodawna Chata, Lipsko Polesie 101a, 22-400 Zamość and Elżbieta Piekacz conducting business activities under the name Twój Gabinet Elżbieta Piekacz, ul.    4. USER – a natural person, legal person, or organizational unit without legal personality, to whom the law grants legal capacity, using the Electronic Service.
   5. ELECTRONIC SERVICE – a service provided electronically by the Service Provider to the User via the Website.
3. TYPE AND SCOPE OF ELECTRONIC SERVICES
   1. The Service Provider enables the use of Electronic Services through the Website, such as:
      1. the use of the Contact Form.
   2. The provision of Electronic Services to Users takes place under the conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions.
4. CONDITIONS FOR PROVIDING AND CONCLUDING CONTRACTS FOR ELECTRONIC SERVICES
   1. The provision of Electronic Services specified in Section III point 1 of the Terms and Conditions by the Service Provider is free of charge.
   2. The period for which the contract is concluded:
      1. the contract for the provision of an Electronic Service consisting of enabling the sending of a message via the Contact Form is concluded for a definite period and is terminated upon sending the message or discontinuing its sending by the User.
   3. Technical requirements necessary for cooperation with the IT system used by the Service Provider:
      1. a computer with Internet access,
      2. access to email,
      3. an Internet browser,
      4. enabled Cookies and Javascript in the browser.
   4. The User is obliged to use the Website in a manner consistent with the law and good practices, respecting personal rights and intellectual property rights of third parties.
   5. The User is obliged to provide data consistent with the actual state of affairs.
   6. The User is prohibited from providing unlawful content.
5. COMPLAINT PROCEDURE
   1. Complaints related to the provision of Electronic Services by the Service Provider:
      1. Complaints regarding the provision of Electronic Services via the Website may be submitted by the User via email to: starodawnachata@gmail.com
      2. In the above email, the User should provide as much information and circumstances regarding the subject of the complaint as possible, in particular the type and date of occurrence of the irregularity and contact details. The information provided will greatly facilitate and expedite the consideration of the complaint by the Service Provider.
      3. The Service Provider shall handle the complaint promptly, no later than within 14 days.
      4. The Service Provider’s response to the complaint shall be sent to the User’s email address provided in the complaint submission or in another manner indicated by the User.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
   1. All content published on the website https://starodawnachata.com.pl is protected by copyright and is the property of https://starodawnachata.com.pl.
      The User shall bear full responsibility for any damage caused to the Service Provider as a result of the use of any content of the website https://starodawnachata.com.pl without the Service Provider’s consent.
   2. Any use of any elements comprising the content and resources of the website https://starodawnachata.com.pl without the express written consent of the Service Provider constitutes a breach of the Service Provider’s copyright and results in civil and criminal liability.
7. FINAL PROVISIONS
   1. Contracts concluded via the Website are concluded in accordance with Polish law.
   2. In the event of inconsistency between any part of the Terms and Conditions and applicable law, the relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply in place of the challenged provision.
